What is usually included?
My advice about your
event.
My attendance in Toastmaster uniform, about an hour before the event.
Checking facilities, such as
microphones, telephones and fire exits.
Co-ordinating the running order
for the function with the Banqueting Manager or Caterer
Liaising with organisers as
necessary, leaving them free to enjoy themselves
Seeing that
the guests are looked after.
Talking to your entertainers so
that your needs are respected.
Public liability insurance is
available through blanket cover by the National Association of Toastmasters.
