What is usually included?

  • My advice about your event.

  • My attendance in Toastmaster uniform, about an hour before the event.

  • Checking facilities, such as microphones, telephones and fire exits.

  • Co-ordinating the running order for the function with the Banqueting Manager or Caterer

  • Liaising with organisers as necessary, leaving them free to enjoy themselves

  • Seeing that the guests are looked after.

  • Talking to your entertainers so that your needs are respected.

  • Public liability insurance is available through blanket cover by the National Association of Toastmasters.
